    People who are unhoused are already being criminalized. Lack of housing is root cause. Housing is way too expensive and it’s not coming down. Housing people who are homeless is the answer. 6.3 billion toward this catastrophic public health crisis is remediation. No one commenting on this speaks volumes about American values. War. Sport. Politics. All get the attention. Time for Eve Garrow to work within the system to help ppl get housing rather than criticizing what’s not being done. Housing. 1st and last word on this crisis. We need housing.

    This issue has civil liberties of federal officers that need rules and regulations allowing formal administrative conduct. The question of the administrative record keeping involves how the Department of Transportation cooperate with common carrier transit such as planes, trains, and buses within the nation, and duty stations that the record maintenance involves internal controls. The Constitutional civil remedy in transit has many factors that the enforcement operation has faced in areas that lack those internal controls, and historically the state cooperation involves health and safety risks with state officer liability. How can the factors be transparent without assisting a criminal motive? Also, how can internal controls in transit be enhanced and improved with technical regulations in cooperation with state government and the Department of Transportation?

    Some families have more evolved structures than do others. The relationship between parents and children has an impact on how much the child's innate capabilities are expressed. Black and brown families have more issues when it comes to family dynamics. Those problems have a negative affect on the performance of black and brown students which in turn has an effect on literacy and graduation rates, which in turn has an effect on employment opportunities. Which then leads to underachievement.

    "Sixty two percent of Black candidates, on average, do not qualify for a standard teaching licence because they do not pass the certification test. Hispanics fare better but still have a failure rate of 43 percent on the test. White teaching candidates have a failure rate of 25 percent. According to the report, “if the pass rate for black and Hispanic teacher candidates were comparable to white candidates, the diversity of the new teaching pool would increase by half.” goodschoolhunting.org/2019/03/unfair-chance-aspiring-teachers-set-fail-licensure-exams.html

    When did it become acceptable to blame white educators for the failures of black students? You should all be ashamed of yourselves. The reason we have so few teachers of color is because the applicants keep failing the state teachers certification exams. What kind of teacher do you think they would make if they barely pass? www.wptv.com/news/local-news/investigations/minorities-are-disproportionately-failing-floridas-controversial-teacher-licensing-exam goodschoolhunting.org/2019/03/unfair-chance-aspiring-teachers-set-fail-licensure-exams.html www.the74million.org/more-than-half-of-aspiring-elementary-teachers-fail-americas-most-used-licensure-exam-new-nctq-report-finds/

    if you really want to make a video , do 1 with attorneys, rich people get away with everything because they can afford an attorney that will do what ever it take to make their clients happy/free, where a public defender does whatever makes the DA happy.......put a cap on private attorneys so poor people can afford them.........

  • @mbbailout

    and agian almost everything you said in this video was a lie, state of california bail bonds can not and will not charge interest on bail, they cant take your house unless the defendant runs, and at that the family/co-signer and bail co have at least 185 days to get him back on calendar or back in jail...........over 85% of the people on bail are either low or middle income, private bail has a 97% return to court rate where court release/cited out has a 75% rate of not return to court, and who pays for that, yep us the tax payers ......the facts are that people out on bail go to court saving the tax payers money.........facts.....if california goes to no bail program that will cost the tax payers of cali an estimated 800 million to run every yr, not to mention the fact you are releasing a ton of criminals out onto the street, it would be a catch and release program for cops, why have cops......

    • @HomeBummingit
      @HomeBummingit 6 років тому

      Incarceration costs $285 per day to the tax payers. Writing a warrant for a no show doesn't cost tax payers anything. And if you start talking bullshit about safety, well who brainwashed you into thinking cops have any duty to protect anyone? You're a parasite on the taxpayers with your bail business. I hope you move out of this state. 😁

    Citizenship, a fraternity of Constitutional law. Immigration in such regards, even if Mexico, can not be a linguistic dispute. Thus reasons for "aliens", "professions", with immigration reform makes sense. I really admire that she did something about this. I live in a small town called Collierville. It's about 45 minutes outside of Memphis, Tennessee. I hate it. I'm a 14 year old bisexual girl and I don't care what anyone thinks of me. At my school, a pansexual friend of mine tried to make a GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) club at the school and they wouldn't allow her to do it. It's completely unfair considering we have a "Will Ferrel Appreciation Club" that literally has no point whatsoever.

Honestly I am proud of her for standing up for herself. Ira, one day you will learn that someone standing up for their rights shouldn't even have so why be a little bitch? Did you see all the people at school that got in trouble for dressing like the opposite sex to protest it for her? Growing up is in order for you, kid.
